Our services

Everyone deserves access to justice, but too many people face barriers they cannot overcome alone. Whether you're seeking legal guidance, community resources, or someone to help you navigate a difficult situation, Unbarred Justice is here to connect you with the support you need.

Who we serve

At Unbarred Justice, we believe that everyone deserves access to justice, regardless of their financial circumstances or life challenges. We serve individuals and families who face barriers to obtaining legal information, advocacy, and community support.

Older adults

We help older adults connect with legal resources, advocacy, and community services related to elder abuse, financial exploitation, housing, benefits, guardianship, and aging with dignity.

Veterans and military families

We assist veterans and their families in finding legal resources, benefits assistance, housing support, employment resources, and connections to organizations that understand the unique challenges of military service.

Children and families

We provide advocacy, education, and resource navigation for families involved in child welfare matters, custody issues, and other family-related legal concerns, while helping connect them with qualified legal professionals and community supports.

Our unique approach

At Unbarred Justice, we understand that legal problems rarely exist in isolation. That's why we take a whole-person approach, bridging the gap between legal and social services to meet people where they are.

We bridge the gap

Many organizations focus on either legal services or social services. Unbarred Justice connects both. We work alongside attorneys, legal aid providers, nonprofits, government agencies, healthcare organizations, veteran service organizations, and community partners to help people find the right support at the right time.

We meet people where they are

Everyone's journey is different. We don't simply hand someone a phone number and send them on their way. We help people understand their options, navigate complex systems, connect with trusted legal and community resources, and identify the next steps toward lasting stability.
